April 4th to May 30th               $500 per week

May 30th to July 4th                $700 per week

July 4th to August 29th            $1400 per week

August 29th to October 3rd      $700 per week 

October 3rd to October 31st    $500 per week

 

All weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Above rates are for up to 5 people, additional charge for extra persons.

An additional 9.7% room occupancy tax must be added to the above prices.
